MT Build was co-founded by Adam and Farah, a husband-wife team who not only really enjoy working together, but find that some of their most inspired ideas come when they’re brainstorming together outside of the office.
MT is an abbreviation for Mila and Talia who are the youngest members of the team. They provide MT Build with purpose and motivation to strive for excellence, deliver quality and build homes for you that elevate living.
Adam is a licensed building practitioner with over eight years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on a variety of stand-alone houses, terraced units, small apartments, renovations and fitouts. With a background in business management, Adam brings the right balance of efficient project management, disciplined budgeting and creative design skill to all projects.
Adam is a motivated, driven and determined individual and works well at keeping projects and teams moving and on track.
As an advocate for you and your project, Adam is passionate about creating liveable homes, where memories are made and families can reconnect.
Farah is an architectural practitioner with a diverse range of architectural experience in leading New Zealand design firms.
She is a professional teaching fellow and guest critic at the University of Auckland School of Architecture and Planning, teaching design studios. Farah has a particular interest in fabrication methodologies, both digital and analogue, and their impact and contribution to the delivery of the overall project.
With a keen eye for detail and a love of creative discipline, Farah is committed to same level of care and quality in finer objects such as furniture as she is to larger scale, more complex projects.
Farah is an anchoring member of the MT Build team advocating for balance, better living, work with purpose and contribution to community.
