What is Project Management?
At MT Build we fully appreciate that taking on a new build or renovation project can seem like a daunting task for many people. There is a lot of research, decision making, and of course, budgeting that needs to occur.
One of the things we devote extra attention to is the project management that goes on behind every one of our jobs. It is extremely important to us that you enjoy the process as much as the end product. At the start of every project we establish timelines and expectations, and find out from you just how much involvement and communication along the way you prefer. We manage the flow of work and the liaising with all the subcontractors.
We’ve been designing, building and renovating for years, so we’re effective at making sure the order of work runs as smoothly as possible. There isn’t much we haven’t seen before in terms of unexpected delays or potential obstacles that might creep up when trying to coordinate different subcontractors. But that’s our job – it’s what we’re good at – and it’s what we enjoy. So we incorporate that into all of our work and costings.
